Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Customer Service Representative
. The CSR will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as greeting and assisting clients, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, making feedback and follow up calls including other CSR related tasks. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Phone Etiquette skills
  • Proficiency in performing Front Desk duties
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • FA/BA; additional qualifications are a plus
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role is advantageous
