Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Accra, Ghana. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws. Daily tasks will include managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, providing guidance on employee relations issues, and ensuring HR programs align with the company's goals. The Human Resources Manager will also handle employee training and development, benefits administration, and workplace safety.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant experience in the local labor market and cultural understanding of West Africa is a plus
