Job Summary:

The QA Studio Manager will be responsible for all digital ecommerce photography quality assurance, as well as assisting Studio Director in the day-to-day management of the ecommerce product selling shot teams (photographers + stylists). This role will advise the retouching team on multipack configuration templates, matchback products for all categories as well as site QA to insure all product images meet TCP/GYM/SNJ standards and guidelines. This role will assist in managing the coordination of daily scheduling of teams and workflows for seasonal photography for the tri brands.

Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage the digital studio QA process both pre and post retouching to insure all product selling images meet all TCP/GYM/SNJ standards and guidelines for ecommerce

  • Direct retouchers on multipack and matchback templates

  • Advise on product details, color and size and proportion

  • QA the product selling shots for ecommerce for the TCP/GYM/SNJ branded websites to insure all images meet the correct brand standards and guidelines

  • Liaise with retouching on weekly workflow of photography to insure onboarding dates and timelines are met

  • Assist Studio Director on the day-to-day management of the ecommerce teams

  • Workflow, efficiency and scheduling of accessories photography to insure seasonal deadlines are met

  • Collaborate with Studio Director on presentations for PLP and PDP experiences for all TCP brands

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 8+ years retail/fashion experience (preferably in children's apparel)

  • Experience in product laydowns and QA detailing

  • 360 project management

Skills and Behaviors:

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work towards multiple deadlines with shifting priorities

  • Ability to meet strict deadlines

  • High proficiency in PCs and Macs, as well as Adobe Photoshop , Illustrator, and InDesign
