The IT Administrator is responsible for maintaining the hotel's IT infrastructure, providing technical support to staff and guests, and ensuring smooth operation of all IT systems, including networks, servers, applications, and guest-facing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:


• Provide first-line technical support to hotel staff and guests (hardware, software, and network issues).


• Ensure proper functioning of guest Wi-Fi, IPTV, telephony, and other in-room technology.


• Maintain and troubleshoot hotel management systems (PMS, POS and reservation systems).


• Manage Cisco switches, Rukus/Unifi Wi-Fi Devices, and other network devices.


• Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, printers, and network devices.


• Understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware ESXi host and Hyper-V).

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.


• –2 years of IT support experience (hospitality industry experience preferred).


• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, or on-call support.


• IT Certifications (CCNA, MCSA, etc.) preferred.
