Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily Plan Vs Actual execution along with analyst efficiency monitoring sheet.
- To prepare product specifications and standard test methods of semi-finished & finished products in accordance with the current compendia's.
- To maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing procedures ,results and observations in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshooting equipment and method related issue to maintain efficient laboratory operation.
- To prepare and revise standard operating procedure as per requirement.
- To arrange laboratory chemicals, reagents and HPLC columns from appropriate suppliers in appropriate quantities to facilitate smooth testing of samples of products.
- To help in preparation of monthly dash board of finished products.
- To work closely with other QC team members, production and quality assurance to resolve quality related issues.
- To monitor compliance in QC Section.
- To participate in quality investigations and support batch release activities.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance laboratory efficiency.
- To assist in implementing Company's EHS goals and objectives in one's specific area of work.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Pharmacy or D-Pharmacy
- 2 years of relevant experience from a pharmaceutical industry.
