Job Description
The
Service Manager
will play a key leadership role in ensuring smooth execution of projects once awarded by the sales team. This role demands strong planning, coordination, and supervisory skills to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee execution of service projects across
floor coatings, road marking, civil works, interiors, decorative paints, and façade protection
. - Translate sales team commitments and client requirements into actionable execution plans with timelines.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and labor teams to ensure project readiness and smooth mobilization.
- Develop detailed execution schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
- Supervise multiple project sites simultaneously, ensuring adherence to specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and coordinate with senior management for resolution.
- Manage manpower allocation, tools, and material requirements, ensuring proper usage and accountability.
- Collaborate with finance/accounts team for timely billing and payment tracking.
- Maintain client relationships through regular progress updates and site visits.
- Implement PATSA's
SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality assurance practices
. - Mentor and train site supervisors and execution staff, fostering accountability and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum 5+
years
of experience in
construction services, coatings, or finishing works
, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. - Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams across civil works and finishing projects.
Technical Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of
floor coatings, epoxy systems, civil finishing, decorative paints, façade protection, and related applications
. - Ability to read and interpret
quotations, technical drawings, and work methodologies
. - Skilled in project scheduling, resource management, and troubleshooting execution challenges.
- Familiarity with
quality control standards, safety protocols, and construction chemical applications
.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client-handling and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Analytical mindset with focus on timelines and deliverables.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure with high attention to detail.
