We're Hiring: Upwork Bidder / Business Developer (Night Shift | Onsite)

Location: Guberg Greens, Islamabad

Shift: Night (Onsite)

Experience: 6 months – 2 years

At aSimplify, we're on the lookout for a dynamic Upwork Bidder / Business Developer who's not just proactive but also has a knack for strong English communication. Your role will involve engaging with international clients, crafting persuasive proposals, and sealing the deal.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Spot and bid on projects that match our expertise

  • Create compelling, customized proposals

  • Manage client communications, discovery, and negotiations

  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure a smooth project kickoff

*Requirements*

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in Upwork bidding or business development

  • Exceptional English skills, both written and spoken

  • A solid understanding of IT services, software, and digital solutions

  • Willingness to work onsite during the night shift
