As an Inside Sales Engineer at HR Force International, you will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to support our sales team in identifying and addressing customer needs. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, providing technical support, and formulating solutions that align with client requirements. You will act as a key liaison between the engineering team and our clients, ensuring that our technology offerings are accurately represented and effectively integrated into client environments.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical sales or support role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions, APIs, and cloud technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with product demonstrations and customer presentations.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement technologies.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications:

1. Basic Sales Process Mastery: - Understanding of the basic sales process and ability to support sales activities effectively.

2. Communication Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to clearly convey information and provide excellent customer service.

3. Time Management Skills: - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. - Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

4. Team Player: - Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive team environment.

5. Workload Management: - Capacity to handle a high volume of tasks and workload efficiently.
