As an Inside Sales Engineer at HR Force International, you will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to support our sales team in identifying and addressing customer needs. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, providing technical support, and formulating solutions that align with client requirements. You will act as a key liaison between the engineering team and our clients, ensuring that our technology offerings are accurately represented and effectively integrated into client environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical sales or support role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions, APIs, and cloud technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with product demonstrations and customer presentations.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement technologies.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
