Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Associate at Enrichers Investment Group in Lahore. You will be responsible for HR management, maintaining HRIS, benefits administration, and training.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Human Resources (HR) knowledge and skills
  • Experience in HR management and HRIS
  • Hiring and Recruiting skills
  • Interviewing and Communication skills
  • Training skills
  • Proficient in benefits administration
  • Must know about social platforms for Recruitment
  • Ability to contact individuals for interview
  • Ability to conduct training sessions
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
