Job Opportunity: Associate HR Executive

Location: Model Town Link Road, Lahore

Work Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Planlab Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Associate HR Executive to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources while working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review resumes and applications, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
  • Communicate and explain HR policies clearly to employees.
  • Prepare and submit all relevant HR documents, letters, and certificates in consultation with management.
  • Process payroll, salary slips, increment letters, leave encashment, and full & final settlements accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and monitor employee attendance to ensure punctuality.
  • Conduct employee orientation and facilitate joining formalities for newcomers.
  • Maintain and regularly update the master employee database (personal files, records, etc.).
  • Resolve employee grievances or queries and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Prepare HR letters such as offer letters and confirmation letters.
  • Engage with employees regularly to understand motivation levels and promote a positive work environment.
  • Conduct the first round of telephonic interviews and coordinate further rounds.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and writing skills; must be confident and articulate.
  • People-oriented with a result-driven mindset.
  • Experience in Recruitment & Selection, preferably with technical recruitment exposure.
  • Knowledge of payroll management systems.
  • Strong people management, training, and development skills.
  • Relevant qualifications: BBA, MBA (HRM), or equivalent.
