  • Support the HR department in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Coordinate payroll and attendance tracking.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Help organize training sessions, orientations, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle employee queries and provide HR policy guidance when required.
  • Research and recommend improvements to HR systems, policies, and processes.

Office timing will be 6pm to 3 am

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs35, Rs40,000.00 per month
