We are looking for a Male HR Executive who can take charge of our HR operations in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and skilled in managing HR processes for a fast-growing company in a dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
  • Assist in implementing and enforcing HR policies, SOPs, and compliance with Pakistan labor laws.
  • Support department heads in performance management and employee evaluations.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally.
  • Prepare HR reports, employee letters, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Coordinate with management on manpower planning and organizational development.
  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and employee engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Male candidates only (due to field and operational nature of the role).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant HR experience (FMCG or distribution industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Pakistan labor laws and HR documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
