Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical roles. The responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing candidate pipelines. The role also requires the recruiter to maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in the IT and software development industry
  • Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies such as software development, system analysis, and IT consultancy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
  • Experience in a multicultural environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
