Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Amazon Wholesale Specialist to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in wholesale sourcing, supplier management, and Amazon Seller Central. You will be responsible for building profitable wholesale accounts, negotiating with suppliers, and analyzing products for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and manage wholesale accounts with suppliers, distributors, and brands.
  • Request and analyze product catalogs to identify profitable items.
  • Conduct detailed product research using tools like Keepa, Helium 10, and Jungle Scout.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and MOQs with suppliers.
  • Analyze ROI, profit margins, and BSR before finalizing deals.
  • Manage product listings and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Oversee inventory levels and purchase orders to ensure stock availability.
  • Stay updated with wholesale trends and Amazon marketplace changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in Amazon wholesale (required).
  • Strong knowledge of Seller Central, FBA, and wholesale sourcing.
  • Proficiency with research tools (Keepa, Helium 10, Jungle Scout).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
