Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Walmart Wholesale Specialist to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sourcing wholesale products, managing Walmart Seller Center accounts, and building profitable supplier relationships. You will be responsible for analyzing product opportunities, managing listings, and ensuring smooth wholesale operations on Walmart.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and manage wholesale accounts with distributors, suppliers, and brands for Walmart.
  • Request and analyze supplier catalogs to identify profitable wholesale opportunities.
  • Conduct product research to evaluate demand, competition, and profit margins.
  • Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Walmart Seller Center.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory levels, purchase orders, and ensure on-time supply chain operations.
  • Stay updated with Walmart marketplace policies, compliance requirements, and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in Walmart Wholesale (required).
  • Strong knowledge of Walmart Seller Center and wholesale sourcing.
  • Proficiency with research tools (Keepa, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple supplier accounts.

  • Shift Timing: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
  • Experience Required: 1–2 years
