Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify Pakistani companies that are hiring or may require HR/recruitment support.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (HR Managers, CEOs, Directors).
- Pitch HR Navigator's services effectively to clients (Recruitment, LinkedIn Optimization, Resume Writing, HR Consulting).
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update lead reports regularly.
- Meet daily/weekly outreach targets (minimum 300+ emails or outreach attempts).
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in
business development / sales / lead generation
(preferably in recruitment or HR services). - Strong communication and negotiation skills in English & Urdu.
- Familiarity with local job boards , Mustakbil, LinkedIn Jobs, Indeed Pakistan).
- Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , or email outreach tools.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field preferred.
