Job Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsible for making plan and strategy for Sales Operations domain
  • Lead planning and development of company owned services centers
  • Effective project management ensuring that team and other stakeholders deliver planned projects as per management given timeline
  • Responsible for issuance of weekly and public holidays credit issuance to all channel partners
  • Designing, implementing and monitoring an overall risk management process for the Sales & Distribution, which includes an analysis of the financial impact on the company if and when risks occur
  • Managing the development & improvement of policies and processes for S&D for continuous process level efficiency
  • Monitoring and Conducting policy and compliance audits, which will include liaising with internal and external auditors
  • Monitoring of day to day operations & system developments and implementing new strategies to enhance operational efficiency
  • Monitoring and achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly departmental assigned services KPIs
  • Sales and distribution overall TAT management related to PO, Payments and ensuring accuracy and timely payment for business partners
  • Team development and trainings in order to build and develop multi-tasking team resources to ensure smooth operations & transitions when require

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

  • In principle have a minimum of Bachelor's Degree
