  • Coordinate and track strategic initiatives, deadlines, and cross-functional deliverables across departments.
  • Represent the CEO in internal and external communications when required, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
  • Anticipate executive needs, identify operational gaps, and proactively support business-critical activities.
  • Oversee executive meeting preparation — agenda development, minute-taking, action tracking, and follow-through execution.
  • Uphold a high standard of confidentiality, judgment, diplomacy, and relationship management at all times.
