Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Developer on a commission-only basis at Kairosys-HR. The Business Developer will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, and creating strategies to attract new clients. Daily tasks include communicating with potential clients, lead generation, and providing exceptional customer service to foster strong long-term relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills for market research and strategy development
  • Effective communication skills for client interactions and presentations
  • Proven experience in lead generation and customer service
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Previous experience in business development or sales is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
