Job Responsibilities:

Channel Strategy & Planning

  • Lead the design and execution of regional channel strategy and business plans in line with company objectives. ·
  • Translate commercial priorities into channel-wise targets, ensuring alignment with overall sales and growth ambitions. ·
  • Drive channel segmentation (high value, mass, digital, retail, etc) to customize strategies for each segment in cluster/Grid ·
  • Build synergy between traditional distribution and digital channels to maximize reach and efficiency ·
  • Encourage innovation to stay ahead of competition and proactively address market challenges
  • Own NCVP (Network, Channel, Visibility, Promotion) mapping at grid-level to eliminate coverage gaps and minimize leakages

Channel Development, Categorization & Footprint Expansion

  • Categorize channel partners by potential, performance, and strategic importance to optimize resource allocation. ·
  • Forecast channel demand and resource allocation, ensuring optimum ROI on channel investments ·
  • Ensure Channel expansion in order to keep our channel footprint ahead of the competition ·
  • Onboard, enable, and upgrade partners in compliance with frameworks and governance standards. ·
  • Pilot new formats, lead capability-building initiatives, and recommend incentive structures to maximize throughput and partner productivity. ·
  • Exploring the FTTH agents to boost the vision of Home Markets

Channel Performance & Health Management

  • Monitor channel health (productivity, profitability, compliance, engagement) and implement corrective actions in collaboration with regional sales teams. ·
  • Conduct structured performance reviews, huddles, and recovery action plans to close gaps. ·
  • Partner with sales teams to drive improvement initiatives, as sales owns the frontline execution.
  • Conduct independent market intelligence to benchmark against industry practices, track competitor activity, and inform channel strategy

Sales Enablement & Data Automation

  • Provide sales teams with timely regional plans, targets, and localized playbooks to drive execution
  • Establish robust data pipelines, reporting cadences, and automation tools to ensure accuracy, single-source-of-truth, and SLA-driven access.
  • Build dashboards and insights to support decision-making and enable proactive performance management

Retail Operations, BVS & Supply Chain

  • Ensure optimal allocation of BVS devices per grid based on traffic and throughput. ·
  • Maintain optimal stock levels (SIMs, Recharge, SC)across franchise and retail channels to ensure availability ·
  • Drive uptime, utilization, spares management, and swap arrangements to minimize downtime.
  • Train and enable retailers on BVS best practices for seamless activations and customer service

Regional Service Centers (CSCs)

  • Define CSC operating strategies focusing on service quality, customer satisfaction (NPS), and unit-level profitability.
  • Integrate CSC performance into the regional commercial plan, ensuring alignment across traffic generation, cross-/up-selling, and conversions.
  • Oversee customer experience management across Franchise and CSC channels

Governance, Compliance & Commission Management

  • Oversee monthly franchise/partner commission calculations, analysis, and disbursements, ensuring fairness and alignment with company policies. ·
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and processes across all regions and channels. ·
  • Regularly review commission frameworks versus industry standards to maintain competitiveness.
  • Monitor partner activities against company SOPs and compliance standards

Capability Building & Sales Team Development

  • Mentor, coach, and develop regional sales team members, driving high performance and succession readiness. ·
  • Identify channel capability gaps and lead structured development programs to enhance execution excellence.
  • Build strong collaboration with regional peers (e.g., Marketing) and align joint initiatives to amplify impact

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

  • In principle must have a minimum of Bachelors Degree or Above
