We are seeking a
motivated and experienced Call Center Agent
to join our outbound sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least
1 year of cold calling experience
in an international campaign and possess excellent communication and persuasion skills. This is a performance-driven role where your primary focus will be on generating leads, setting appointments, and contributing to overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to international prospects and introduce company services.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow proven cold calling scripts while personalizing conversations where necessary.
  • Handle objections professionally to maintain prospect engagement.
  • Keep CRM systems updated with accurate call notes and client information.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve campaign results.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    in cold calling or outbound sales (B2B/B2C or Call Center).
  • Experience in international campaigns (USA, UK, Canada, etc.) is
    highly preferred
    .
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in dealing with objections and closing leads.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
