Restaurant Manager – Cinnabon Pakistan

Locations: Lahore

Experience: 2–3 years in cafes, coffee chains or FMCG (management level)

About the Role

We're looking for experienced and passionate Restaurant Managers to lead store operations and uphold the Cinnabon brand promise "Life needs frosting." This role goes beyond running a store. It's about creating memorable guest experiences, leading a motivated team, and ensuring every roll served reflects the warmth and quality Cinnabon stands for.

Key Responsibilities:

Store and Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations including staffing, inventory, hygiene, and cash management.
  • Ensure consistent execution of recipes, service standards, and in-store brand presentation.
  • Coordinate with Head Office for supply chain, marketing activations, and reporting.

People Leadership

  • Train, guide, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service with warmth and energy.
  • Maintain a positive store culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure staff adherence to SOPs.

Guest Experience and Brand Standards

  • Ensure every guest interaction reflects Cinnabon's hospitality: welcoming, efficient, and personal.
  • Address customer feedback promptly and professionally to build loyalty and repeat visits.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing offers, seasonal campaigns, and visual merchandising.

Financial and Administrative Control

  • Monitor daily sales performance, cost control, and inventory levels.
  • Track wastage, manage P&L targets, and propose initiatives to improve store profitability.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of store management experience in cafés, coffee chains or FMCG retail.
  • Strong communication, leadership and team-building skills.
  • Understanding of in-store marketing, customer service, and financial reporting.
  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
