Role Overview

We are looking for a
Performance Marketer
to drive customer acquisition and growth for our Personal care brand. This is a
full-time, on-site role
in Johar Town, Lahore, focused on managing and scaling paid campaigns primarily on
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta and Google Ads to maximize ROI.
  • Manage advertising budgets and ensure cost-efficient growth.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies.
  • Research competitors and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad messaging aligns with brand goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience running paid campaigns on
    Meta Ads
    and
    Google Ads
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    PPC, SEO, and digital marketing fundamentals
    .
  • Proficiency in
    data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting
    .
  • Skills in
    CRO and A/B testing
    .
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Business, or related field
    .
  • Experience in the
    beauty/Personal care industry
    is a plus.
