Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Lahore. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, analyzing performance data, and optimizing advertising efforts to achieve our growth targets. Daily tasks include monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns, collaborating with the content and design team to create engaging marketing materials, and staying updated on the latest trends in digital marketing.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years' experience in Performance Marketing (Meta Ads)
  • Must have worked in the Skincare niche
  • Share ad account proof/screenshots.
  • Strong record in ROI, ROAS & scaling
  • Able to work independently & manage budgets
