Position: Commercial & Industrial Relationship Manager

Timings: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Commercial & Industrial Relationship Manager with 5-10 years of proven experience in solar and renewable energy. The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge, networking skills, and the ability to generate solid leads through proactive business development and field visits.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage strong relationships with commercial and industrial clients.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, field visits, and networking.
  3. Generate qualified leads and hand them over to the sales team for conversion.
  4. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand energy needs and propose tailored solar solutions.
  5. Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
  6. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  7. Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and client engagement targets.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  2. 8–10 years of experience in solar, renewable energy, or related sectors (mandatory).
  3. Strong understanding of commercial and industrial solar solutions.
  4. Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently with strong business development acumen.
  6. Professional market reputation and proven track record in client relationship management.
  7. Valid driving license (Company-maintained car will be provided for field visits).
