This position requires candidates to be based full-time in Lahore and work fully onsite at their office and manufacturing facility.

Purpose of the Role

Lead product development, sampling operations and technical support for knitting, dyeing and finishing processes with a focus to support quality and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Development and Innovation

  • Lead end to end product development (yarn to finishing), improve existing products, Processes and research new technologies.
  • Define steps and ensure timely completion of sampling process of new developments.

2. Team Development and Knowledge Management

  • Develop, manage, and mentor a team of technical engineers, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Define and develop SOPs for R&D processes.

3. Performance Reporting and Compliance

  • Design and define process for medium- and long-term performance goals.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and brand environmental standards, including Bluesign and Oeko-Tex Standar 100.

4. Testing and Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Oversee the testing of new equipment and yarn dyeing projects.
  • Collaborate with Cross function teams, Including product development, marketing and manufacturing.
