This position requires candidates to be based full-time in Lahore and work onsite at their office and manufacturing facility.

Purpose of the Role

Lead product development, sampling, and technical support for knitting, dyeing, and finishing processes, focusing on quality and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Development and Innovation
  • Lead end-to-end product development (yarn to finishing), improve existing products and processes, and research new technologies.
  • Define steps and ensure timely completion of sampling for new developments.
  1. Team Development and Knowledge Management
  • Develop, manage, and mentor a team of technical engineers, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Define and develop SOPs for R&D processes.
  1. Performance Reporting and Compliance
  • Design and define processes for medium- and long-term performance goals.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and environmental standards, including Bluesign and Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
  1. Testing and Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Oversee testing of new equipment and yarn dyeing projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and manufacturing.
