Role: Recruitment Specialist

Location: Remote

Type: Commission-Based

Responsibilities:

Identify, attract, and recruit qualified candidates for DevOps, technical, and telesales roles.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and others.

Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Collaborate with the internal team to understand hiring needs and timelines.

Maintain candidate databases and ensure smooth onboarding communication.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably in tech or telesales).

Strong professional network and sourcing ability on LinkedIn and other job portals.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
