Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter located in Multan. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various IT support roles within the company. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth hiring process. Additionally, the Recruiter will maintain candidate databases, provide feedback, and support onboarding procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in talent sourcing and recruitment
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate management tools
  • Ability to work on-site in Multan
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the IT sector is an advantage
