Role Description

This is a full-time Business Development Manager position based in Faisalabad, with a hybrid work model that offers some remote work flexibility. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities in the UI/UX niche related to Figma projects, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting the execution of strategic business plans. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market analysis, creating proposals, collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong business acumen, client relationship management, and sales skills
  • Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and analyzing sales trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM software and tools relevant to business development
  • Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid work environment with time management skills
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in digital marketing, web development, or a similar industry is a plus
