We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with at least 1 year of experience in the tech industry. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software development and UI/UX design projects, along with strong communication and client relationship skills. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client .

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the tech and digital industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Collaborate with the project management and design teams to understand project requirements and deliver client-focused proposals
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, and project documentation
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and explain company services
  • Support in planning and execution of software and UI/UX design projects
  • Meet and exceed sales and business growth targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 1 year of experience in business development, preferably in a software or digital agency
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and UI/UX design principles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and creative teams
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email outreach, and digital marketing strategies is a plus
