About Us

At Technotech Solutions, we're a trusted BPO and outsourcing company providing customer service, technical support, and business process solutions to international clients. We value professionalism, growth, and teamwork — and we're looking for a dedicated Female HR Assistant to join our HR team on the night shift.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate with department heads on scheduling, attendance, and compliance.
  • Support in preparing HR reports, letters, and documentation.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Handle internal communication and ensure HR policies are followed.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and confident handling people interactions.
  • Willingness to work night shift (6 PM – 3 AM).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (HR, Business, or related field).
  • Prior HR or administrative experience is an advantage.
  • Must be approachable, friendly, and professional.
