We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Executive to manage and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will support our company's growth by ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a productive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage payroll, employee attendance, and leave records.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor law, and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
