Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Monitor and update attendance records using HR/attendance software.
  • Assist in processing employee leave requests and maintain accurate leave records.
  • Handle confidential HR information with discretion.
  • Provide support in training and development initiatives.
  • Participate in policy review, compliance checks, and process improvement.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR/attendance software is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore.

Timings: 10am - 7pm
