About Us:

Medatron is a trusted name in US healthcare revenue cycle management, providing comprehensive billing, coding, and AR recovery services to practices across all 50 states. We're expanding our Accounts Receivable (AR) team and looking for passionate, detail-oriented individuals eager to grow in the medical billing field.

Position Overview:

The AR Associate will be responsible for following up on insurance claims, resolving denials, and ensuring timely payments from payers. This role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to interact with insurance representatives and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid or denied claims.
  • Identify and resolve claim issues to ensure timely collections.
  • Post and reconcile payments accurately in the billing system.
  • Prepare and maintain AR reports and follow-up logs.
  • Coordinate with the billing and payment posting teams for claim resolution.

Requirements:

  • 6 to 12 months of experience in US Medical Billing (AR follow-up preferred) OR
  • A basic understanding of the US medical billing process (training will be provided).
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
  • Fresh graduates with good communication and Excel skills are encouraged to apply.
