Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist in Medical Billing, located in Johar Town. The AR Specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of medical claims. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and resolving claim denials, verifying insurance coverage, conducting follow-ups with insurance companies, and maintaining compliance with regulations such as ICD-10 and other billing standards. The role requires maintaining accurate records and fostering clear lines of communication with internal teams and external payers.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Experience handling Denials and familiarity with insurance claims processing
- Proficiency in ICD-10 coding
- Understanding of Insurance procedures and regulations, including Medicare
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in medical billing, AR management, or a related field is preferred
