We are seeking a technically sound and highly motivated Assistant Project Manager with a background in software development, ideally looking to transition into project management. This is a great opportunity for candidates who have spent 3 - 5 years in development roles and are now eager to take on project coordination and delivery responsibilities in a structured, Agile-driven environment.

You will work closely with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to manage and support the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level, technology-focused projects. Candidates who are passionate about team collaboration, planning, and leadership and want to grow into a full-fledged project management career, will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Support and lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Assist in managing project workflows, timelines, and deliverables using Bitrix or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business analysts to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Track project progress, resolve issues, and maintain transparency through regular updates and reports.
  • Work with stakeholders to clarify project scope, expectations, and resource planning.
  • Leverage your technical background to contribute meaningfully to planning, estimations, and risk assessment.
  • Continuously learn and apply project management best practices while transitioning from a technical role.

Requirements
:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software development (e.g., full-stack developer, backend/frontend engineer).
  • A strong desire to move into project or delivery management roles.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and project lifecycle concepts.
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools like Bitrix, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
