Assurety Consulting is seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Project Coordinator to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing executive-level priorities, ensuring seamless operations, and enabling the CEO to focus on strategic initiatives.

Location: Sharah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Work Mode: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare, review, and edit presentations (PowerPoint) and documents (Word).
  • Draft, proofread, and manage executive correspondence and reports.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate the CEO's needs and provide proactive administrative support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an Assistant Project Coordinator/Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Jira or any other similar project management tools
  • Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Word.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
