Job Title: Admin & Procurement Specialist

Location: Near Fortress Staudium Cantt , Lahore

Department: Administration & Procurement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office administration, facility management, and general services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols.
  • Supervise office maintenance, repairs, and vendor contracts.
  • Manage company assets, vehicle fleet, and logistics operations.
  • Monitor office discipline, staff punctuality, and adherence to SOPs.
  • Assist in security management and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies for cost-effective office operations.
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Oversee the purchasing process, including requisitions, approvals, and purchase orders.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods and services as per business needs.
  • Maintain and update procurement records, reports, and vendor databases.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with finance and other departments to align procurement with budgetary constraints.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of experience in administration and procurement, preferably in a corporate or defense environment.

Preferred Background: Retired Army Officer (Major or equivalent rank) with experience in logistics, procurement, and administration.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Expertise in procurement processes and vendor management.

Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.

Knowledge of security and facility management protocols.
