Job Description

We are looking for a proactive HR & Culture Specialist to support our people strategy and drive initiatives that enhance organizational culture, employee engagement, and overall workplace experience. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of HR expertise and cultural leadership, ensuring a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment within our fast-paced IT company.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to nurture a collaborative and engaging culture across the organization.
  • Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and wellness programs.
  • Support HR operations including leave management, onboarding, and performance processes.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, driving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations with fairness, confidentiality, and transparency.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies in compliance with labor laws.
  • Contribute to employer branding by enhancing employee experience and representing the company externally.
  • Collect feedback and track metrics to continuously improve workplace culture and engagement.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of HR experience, with exposure to culture-building and employee engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization.
  • A passion for people, creativity, and fostering inclusive workplaces.
