Position Overview:

We are seeking a Management Trainee Officer – HR who is passionate about learning, highly organized, and comfortable working with technology and data.

The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience with global HR tools and processes, including iCIMS (ATS), Shiftlab, ADP - payroll software, and Microsoft 365, while working closely with the HR Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the HR team in managing recruitment and onboarding processes through iCIMS (ATS).

Support HR reporting and analytics using Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data visualization).

Maintain and update employee data in ADP with accuracy and confidentiality.

Collaborate on automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance HR workflows.

Sending and reviewing offer letters, interview guides, and internal HR documents.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams via Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).

Participate in employee engagement activities and contribute to a positive work culture.

Demonstrate eagerness to learn and take ownership of assigned projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of HR-related experience are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).

Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn new HR systems and tools.

Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
