Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Karachi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the HR Manager will handle recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in HR operations, employee relations, and policy development
- Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
- Skills in performance management and employee engagement
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or chemical industry is a plus
