Job Purpose: Ensure that Customer Facilitation Processes that are being followed at CSCs and Franchises are Compliant with PTA Regulations Job Responsibilities:

Monitoring of Biometric and Non Biometric activities that take place at Customer Service Centers and Franchises for Customer Facilitation. Ensuring that customer facilitation is aligned with the SOPs & as per the guidelines shared by PTA. Highlighting system loop holes and process gaps for mitigation of associated risks Share continuous input for re-engineering of backend support processes and systems.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills): Education:

Minimum Bachelors Degree

At least 3 - 4 Years in Sales & Distribution
