Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Support Executive located in Islamabad. The Senior Customer Support Executive will manage day-to-day customer support activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing online support, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include offering technical support solutions, handling customer inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a high quality of service is maintained.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
