Job Purpose: Ensure that Customer Facilitation Processes that are being followed at CSCs and Franchises are Compliant with PTA Regulations Job Responsibilities:

Monitoring of Biometric and Non Biometric activities that take place at Customer Service Centers and Franchises for Customer Facilitation.

Ensuring that customer facilitation is aligned with the SOPs & as per the guidelines shared by PTA.

Highlighting system loop holes and process gaps for mitigation of associated risks Share continuous input for re-engineering of backend support processes and systems

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills): Education: At-least Bachelors Degree in relevant domain Work Experience: 1 - 3 Years is Sales Skills - Generic:
