Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Karachi for the Manager ADC (Alternate Delivery Channels) Support at Sindh Bank Limited. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the operational activities of alternate delivery channels such as ATMs, managing issue resolution, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and delivering excellent support services. The incumbent will also coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to maintain service standards and perform periodic performance evaluations to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing and supporting Alternate Delivery Channels, such as ATMs, POS systems, and related services.
  • Skills in problem-solving, issue tracking, and coordination with vendors and technology teams.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, particularly in digital banking and payment systems.
  • Proven leadership abilities, team management, and excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory requirements in the banking industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or additional certifications in banking is a plus.
