Zeta Corp is looking for Manager IT Support for one of our Islamic banking client. An ideal candidate who are serving or in past serving in any bank as a Assistant manager IT.

Responsibilities :

Lead and supervise the IT Support team for the South region, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues for branches and offices.

Act as the primary escalation point for critical technical incidents within the region.

Coordinate with network, system, and security teams for issue resolution and planned changes.

Ensure IT support coverage for all branches in the region according to operational needs.

Oversee installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of end-user devices, printers, POS machines, and related systems.

Maintain updated inventory of IT assets for all South region branches.

Monitor performance of IT support staff and provide guidance for improvement.

Ensure adherence to IT policies, standards, and security guidelines.

Liaise with vendors and service providers, including M/s BCI, M/s GCS, and others, for photocopier maintenance, warranty repairs, and IT-related requirements.

Prepare and share periodic support activity reports with management.

Monitor helpdesk tickets and assign tasks to the South region support team.

Follow up on open tickets and ensure timely closure within SLA.

Provide hands-on troubleshooting for escalated hardware, software, or network issues.

Coordinate with branches for IT maintenance activities and planned upgrades.

Check daily status of critical systems (connectivity, applications, and peripherals).

Update asset records after installation, transfer, or disposal of equipment.

Communicate daily updates and issue statuses to management.

Support urgent branch operations outside regular hours when needed.

Maintain coordination with vendors such as M/s BCI and M/s GCS for photocopiers, warranty services, and other IT-related requirements.
