Overview

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to lead our corporate sales team and drive revenue growth through strategic business development and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on acquiring and nurturing corporate clients in the bakery industry. The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate corporate markets and expand the company's client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials tailored to corporate clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with corporate clients to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Demonstrate excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Act as a strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable sales plans.
  • Manage and retain the defined customer portfolio.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 4–6 years of working experience in field sales within the bakery industry.
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the bakery industry, including market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Proven sales record.
  • Excellent communication, management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
