Major Expertise: Sales and business expertise in handling Corporate(Bakery) portfolio.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with Corporate customers.
  • Timely customer complaint redressal and enquiry response.
  • Management and retention of defined customer portfolio.
  • Develop and execute sales plan/strategy/activities to achieve target budgets.
  • Negotiate with customers on contractual terms of service provision that is aligned to corporate sales policy and procedures.
  • Responsible for delivery of high-quality presentation of the entire range of standardized products and services to potential customers.
  • Actively plan, prepare and realize sales calls for better customer retention and new business acquisition.
  • Secure/collect all necessary information to assess credit worthiness of potential customers.
  • Conduct surveys and market intelligence gathering to assess, target the potential business prospects and review competitor behavior.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 4-6 years of working experience in field sales at Bakery.
  • Broad understanding of trade lane specifics in the forwarding industry and deep knowledge of air freight and logistics business models.
  • A Master's degree is preferred in relevant field.
  • Capability to deliver presentations and highly effective in conducting sales negotiations.
  • Must have proven sales record.
  • Must have excellent communication, management and interpersonal skills.
  • Command over Microsoft Office and other related software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150, Rs170,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
